Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
To cancel your order, please go to the Order List in your profile, select the order you wish to cancel, and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
No Cancellation After 24 Hours: Cancellations are no longer accepted after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Once this period has passed, the order is
considered final, and no cancellation will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Items purchased on our website do not qualify for returns unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- Slight variation due to differences in monitor settings is to be considered normal and not a reason for return.
- Any defective or damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Any communication regarding defects or damage received after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return.

- Items marked as final sale, or customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- Shipping the Returned Item
- If your order is eligible for Return, we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 48 hours of receiving the request. All additional information will be provided via email.
- Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
- "We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, which provides reverse pickup services across most PIN codes nationwide. However, there are certain areas that fall under an ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), where we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup. In such cases, we kindly request that you courier the product back to us at your own cost."
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Returns not meeting the outlined conditions may be rejected.
